| We offer professional, reliable, quality
entertainment. We would like you to be 100%
satisfied! Therefore, we provide the
following guarantee to every customer: |

If you
are not happy with our service, we will refund your
deposit! That's right! Simply explain the problem so
that we may take steps to insure that it is not
repeated in the future. Our DJ must break the
standard
code of conduct for a refund. That's how
confident we are that you will enjoy our service!

You will
receive complete entertainment coordination. You
will have the benefit of working with our
professional event coordinator. They will help you
completely plan your event and take care of all the
details you select.

On time
performance. Your disc jockey will arrive early,
allowing plenty of time to set up and test his
equipment before you and your guests arrive.

We use
only the best sound equipment. Our equipment is
among the best in the industry. Your event will not
be interrupted because of mechanical failure.

Superior
service. Our entertainers are professionals and will
act like it. They will never drink alcohol at your
event (Except for the official toast), use foul
language, and will always present themselves in a
courteous manner to you and your guests.

Professional appearance. Our entertainers will be
well dressed and in a Tuxedo at your request.
They will be clean shaven with short neatly groomed
hair and not wear earrings.

Additional time. If your party is going well, our
entertainers will always be available to perform for
at least 1 additional hour, FREE OF CHARGE.

No per
song tipping. Our entertainers will not take tips
from your guests to play specific song titles. The
only gratuity that they may except is from you (If
you choose to do so) at the end of the evening.
